The freelancer who worked on it has disappeared and did not complete the job. We need to check the correctness of the layout and finish it. Both on desktop and mobile versions. The design is in Figma, and the design that needs to be done is also in the screenshots; it seems to be mostly done, but the correct display on different screen sizes is not completed.

Creating a semantic core, clustering key queries. Controlling internal and external SEO optimization. Setting technical tasks for copywriters regarding SEO text writing. Analyzing competitors and their advertising activities. Working with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager. Analyzing user behavior and conversion paths. Formulating recommendations for improving website structure. Participating in the design of new websites and landing pages. Consulting designers and developers on SEO and advertising requirements at the website creation stage. Controlling the correctness of implementing technical requirements after the website launch. Regularly monitoring website positions and preparing reports. Searching for new opportunities to increase organic and paid traffic. Main tasks: Increasing the number of quality leads from websites. Reducing lead cost. Improving organic traffic. Increasing website conversions. Controlling the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Participating in the creation of new websites in such a way that they are ready for effective SEO promotion and advertising launch.

Checkout and cart - fix the order form (fields for full name/email, logic for blocking delivery/payment, default delivery), add relevant product recommendations in the cart, progress bar to free delivery, lower the delivery threshold to 1500 UAH. Design/UI - remove the template green color of buttons to branded, unify product cards and photos, fix the banner (clickability, contrast, CTA), tidy up the site header (login, messengers, working hours). Mobile version - quick selection of product weight without going to the card, smaller and larger icons in the header. Technical and SEO bugs - fix 8 404 pages, duplicate Titles, hreflang for Ukrainian/Russian versions (remove the Russian version from indexing), Open Graph images, speed up loading (LCP), add SEO texts to category pages.
