Проект миграции телефонии с 3CX на Asterisk
На некоторых из них (3) развернут 3CX.
Необходимо осуществить миграцию на Asteris с 3CX, там где он существует, и развернуть Asterisk - там где 3CX нет.
Для каждой площадки:
- кол-во провайдеров телефонии - 1-3;
- кол-во ISP - 1-2;
- кол-во внешних номеров - 1-5;
- внутренние номера - 10-50;
- входящие и исходящие правила;
- есть IVR;
- есть GSM-шлюз.
Локальные пользователи подключаются преимущественно аппаратами (Siemens OpenStage 15, 40, 60), иногда софт-фоном (3CX).
Пользователи также подключаются удаленно софт-фонами (через VPN).
Между площадками поднят VPN и транки 3CX.
К ресурсам имеется удаленный доступ. Ресурсы виртуализируются (ESX).
