Воно так не працює — планування будинку на 150 кв.м. просто зменшити у два рази. Це треба заново проектувати, враховуючи побажання. І то, втиснути у 65-70 кв.м. кухню-вітальню, дві спальні, дві ванни та веранду може бути нереально. Або реально , але жити там буде незручно.
Сформуйте завдання. Будинок постійного чи тимчасового проживання? Скільки людей там житиме? Яка технологія будівництва? Чому саме така площа, 65-70 кв.м?
