- TХ – Technological solutions
- ТК – Technological communications
- ОВіК – Heating, general exchange ventilation, and air conditioning
- ТМК – Heat-mechanical solutions for boiler rooms
- ТМІТП - Heat-mechanical solutions for individual heat points
- ПП – Air supply
- ХП – Cold supply
- ГП – Gas supply
- ПДВ (ДВ) – Smoke ventilation (smoke removal)
- ВК – Water supply and sewerage
- ВТ – Vertical transport
- КГУ – Cogeneration units
