2. Project Goal

Develop a detailed technical diagram of the water supply system considering filtration, water softening, pumping station, as well as connection to the gas boiler and underfloor heating SYSTEM FOR INDEPENDENT PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT BY HAND

3. Output Data

🔹 Inlet water:

• Water supply — plastic polyethylene pipe Ø20 mm (from well or other source).

🔹 Existing equipment:

1. Grundfos SCALA2 3-45 1ʼʼ pump station

2. Atlas Hydra RSH 1″ backwash filter

3. Gas boiler

Recommended equipment: 

Two Big Blue 20″ filters with cartridges of 5 μm and 1 μm

Water softener filter with 25 liters of resin

Ecosoft P’URE Balance 6 reverse osmosis system

Plastic (PPR) water distribution in the house

🔹 Water draw-off points (6):

    •    Kitchen sink

    •    Drinking water (separate line in the kitchen)

    •    Shower

    •    Washbasin, clothes dryer

    •    Washing machine (in the heat generator room)

🔹 Also:

    •    Gas boiler

    •    Underfloor heating manifold

    •    Reservoir for connecting a boiler ?

4. Main Requirements for the Diagram

🔸 The diagram must include:

    •    Complete hydraulic route of water: from input to all consumers.

• All fittings, valves, bypasses, check valves, drainage lines.

• Marking of pipe diameters and connections (e.g., Ø20 mm, Ø25 mm, ¾”, 1”).

• Indicate all existing devices by model (see list above).

• Manifold for underfloor heating with a separate supply line.

🔸 Mandatory:

    •    Bypass system for SCALA2 and filters.

    •    Space for servicing filters and softener.

    •    Connecting the reverse osmosis system to the drinking line in the kitchen.

    •    Drain line for regeneration of the softener and discharge from filters.

• Specify the recommended mounting height for each device.

• Indicate water flow directions.

5. Output Material Format

• One PDF set of diagrams with labels in Ukrainian.

• A table with a list of equipment and fittings, including purchase options (specify article number, quantity, diameter).

• If necessary — a DWG file or other CAD system format.
