Добрый день! "Я просто проходил мимо" , НО- программист пишет сайты, а тут программист и не нужен, просто разработчик. Вопрос в другой 10 языков на одном сайте да еще и на шаблоне, да еще и блог авторы. Это даже страшно представить.
Это будет МЕГА не поворотливый ресурс который станет не начав работать. А если там еще и элементор будет.....
И СЕО оптимизацию шаблона сделать ооочень не просто.
Моя рекомендация еще подумать, по изучать , может даже написать какому то ИИ, он даст совет хоть какой то )) -

Такий проєкт на купу мов і на WordPress це жах, з двох причин. 1. WordPress базово дуже не захищений, тому його буде легко...
По друге якщо робити з використанням Елементор, то глюки вам будуть не маленькі.
Якщо хочете всеж таки WP, то його треба зробити безпечним і без Елементор. Наприклад на MetaBox або ACF.
Або вибрати все ж іншу систему, хоча залежить від того, що має робити сайт
