    Почему вам необходим исполнитель из Николаева? (Удаленно через тот же скайп можно все объяснить)

    Уточните задание, которое должен выполнить исполнитель(В идеале задание лабораторной). Так как непонятен ни объем задачи, ни её сложность. А отсюда не получится оценить сроки/цену.
