2. I select filter #1 (a total of 20 filters need to be created) the program should apply the filter to each video

4. increase the speed of the video by a percentage
Each option should be enabled as needed.
The filter can be applied randomly, so for example, the color palette for each video is created randomly, but the video should remain of normal visual quality.
Also, it is necessary, if needed, to stick an image at the top of the video with a small margin from the top (the size of a unibrow on an iPhone)
