Можно сделать без видео а на js сделать всё анимированно и скорость можно будет регулировать в настройках к каждому тесту, так проще надёжнее и дешевле

Ви повинні розуміти, що як для злодія немає надійного ключа, так і для того хто захоче зхитрити немає 100% безпечного рішення.
Ніщо не заважає при перегляді відео(стрічки, чи то будь-якого відображення тексту на моніторі) увімкнути камеру на телефоні і згодом переглядати текст досхочу. Після чого на відмінно пройти тест -
Основная идея не в том, чтобы максимально защитить видео, а чтобы ученик/клиент мог оценить свой уровень на начало обучения и на конец.
Тоесть ему нет смысла самого себя обманывать 🙂. -
