Дл выгрузки на сайт как свойства, обычным методом они не передаются, не нашли другой выход, нам надо их строкой передать.

У справочника есть системный реквизит Код, который может быть как строковым (тогда прямо его можно и передавать), либо числовым (тогда в месте его передачи можно число приводить к строке).
Зачем еще Код добавлять в табличную часть, где может быть несколько (в общем случае - много) строк? И что будет выгружаться на сайт, если у Вас в табличной части будет сто кодов и все разные?
