Programmer for website improvement (PHP 5.6; codeigniter; 130,000 rub)

• Website functionality - news and company catalog.
• Custom-made website
• Frontend is ready, so backend work is needed
• All work is done on a test server and once approved, changes are deployed to the main version
•  PHP 5.6; CodeIgniter 1.7

To implement our changes, the programmer needs significant experience in:

• Experience in creating/supporting/enhancing/optimizing complex projects,
• knowledge of PHP 5.6;
• Framework CodeIgniter;
• Understanding of existing code
• MYSQL
• Database normalization/denormalization
• Working with cron
• High perseverance and discipline 

!!IMPORTANT:  we are not building a new website, we are improving the current one, so suggesting other technologies is not relevant. We need a specialist capable of working with what we have. We have started implementing changes, but our long-time programmer is unable to continue due to reasons in the country. Therefore, we are looking for a professional and reliable partner for long-term collaboration.

Conditions 

• 130,000 UAH. Payment for the project. 

The budget is final and non-negotiable, do not propose different terms if it does not suit you.

I couldn't specify the project cost in the title header due to the 27,000 character limit

(there will be additional enhancements for 50,000 UAH, but no rush)

• Timeline - 2.5 months (Split into 2 stages)

!!  The timeline was estimated by our programmer, who has a lot of other work and progresses calmly and steadily. But there is a lot of work, so we won't finish in a month for sure.

• Due to the situation in the country, we currently support our own - work is only provided to Ukrainians

• All tasks are broken down into Trello for convenient and quick online communication
• We are not a long-read, personal website, or an online store, but a portal. This means you will have constant work + guaranteed payment, without the need to constantly find clients, focusing on one project. It's very stable, but not everyone finds it interesting
