Project Description
We are looking for a communicative manager to conduct a tender for video content production. We provide a ready-made database of agencies and a detailed brief. Your task is to conduct initial communication, present the task during calls, and collect commercial proposals.
Context:
We are looking for a contractor for a long-term contract (6 months) to create educational and promotional videos (Crypto/Fintech theme).
What we already have:
A ready shortlist of agencies to contact.
A detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) in English.
A legend and communication script.
Your tasks:
Mailing: Send the RFP request to contacts from our database.
Calls (Zoom/Google Meet): This is a key part. You need to conduct 15-30 minute intro calls with representatives of studios that show interest.
On the call: Briefly outline the task (according to the brief), answer basic questions (according to the provided FAQ), clarify the timeline for preparing the estimate.
Follow-up: Remind about deadlines, "push" agencies to receive estimates on time.
Reporting: Collect received files and enter final figures into a comparative Google spreadsheet.
Requirements for the performer:
Conversational English (Upper-Intermediate+) - part of the documentation is in English, there will be calls with international studios.
Confidence in communication: You will represent the marketing team of a large brand. You need to be able to conduct a business conversation, not get lost when asked questions, and maintain a professional tone.
Experience as a PM, account manager, or in sales (B2B) will be a big plus.
Neat appearance (for video calls) and stable internet.
Record the meeting (screen recording + audio). So that we can analyze it. Without screen recording, the project is considered incomplete.
Conditions:
Payment for the project (Fixed Price).
Load: The active phase (mailing + calls) will take about 4-6 hours of pure time over 1 week.
We will provide an extensive list of contacts.
The task is to obtain 5 commercial proposals from these productions; some agencies may not respond in time.
