Також, на ресурсі ви новачок, бачу тільки два проекти, відкриті протягом останнього дня.
Дизлайку я не ставив, але на майбутнє, якщо ставите такі низькі бюджети — будьте готові до репортів на них. Набереться багато репортів — проект закриють. Такі правила сервісу. Якщо не орієнтуєтесь у бюджетах — взагалі не ставте жодних сум, а пишіть що ціна обговорюється.
Але тут вже інший фактор вступає в гру. Що Даля вас першочергове — ціна, чи якісний проект? Бо ні за 5К грн, ні за 15К грн (бачу вже змінили) ви не отримаєте якісного проекту. Навіть ескізного. Це не звинувачення, а факт.
У вас досить нетипова для цього ресурсу задача. Одиниці зможуть її виконати фахово. Але розказати що виконають її найкраще у світі зможуть багато. Тому вам треба поспілкуватись з фахівцями, надати їм вихідні дані, і тоді приймати рішення — з ким ви працюєте. Не хочете публічно викладати інформацію (і я це розумію), то хоча б зразки того, що вам треба, покажіть.
Я подивився на опис проекту, і як фахівець, маючи досвід у подібних проектах (готельно-відпочинкових), задав питання які мені важливі, та без яких я не можу почати роботу над таким проектом. Власне, навіть щоб зробити ставку, мені потрібно мати вихідні дані. Тоді я зможу хоча б орієнтовно оцінити об'єми роботи, вартість, терміни. Можливо треба взагалі залучати суміжних спеціалістів, і я повинен їм ще задати деякі питання.
Можливо, поспілкувавшись, ви для себе відкриєте ще нові питання, і вам треба буде час на подумати.

The main goal is to partially relieve the load on the legs and back, while the worker's legs predominantly remain on the floor. Key requirements: designed for a user weighing approximately up to 100 kg with the necessary safety margin; adjustability of height and body support level; comfortable transition between standing, semi-sitting, and sitting positions; quick and safe release of the worker from the chair; ability to rotate around a vertical axis; the chair should not restrict the movement of arms and legs; the design should not interfere with a separate carriage with a winch for lifting pallets; provide an independent safety element or another solution against falling; parts must be available for manufacturing from steel, straps, and standard components.
