Hello Kamil, my name is Mykola Bogdanovich Hnylyukh and I am a certified architect. After obtaining consent, I will be able to present the following drawings: a site development plan, floor plans with furniture and equipment layout, elevations, and sections. The deadline for completing one set of drawings with one solution variant for one house is 30 days, the cost of implementation is €10/m2 of house area, the final cost and time will be agreed upon. Payment is made in installments - 50% deposit, the remaining 50% after project completion or in three installments of 40%-30%-30%. The money is non-refundable in case of a decision to stop work. A contract and a protocol for the acceptance and transfer of work will be signed. You will receive the finished drawings after full payment is made. I need to send: a geodetic measurement at a scale of M1:500 with marked utility networks and planning restrictions; a description of the family composition - number, age, gender; requirements - a list of rooms, wall materials, ceilings, color and material of the roof, color, texture, and material of the facade; links from the Internet, your drawings and sketches, as well as wishes; registration of photos and videos of the place or places from different angles. If I need anything else, I will write about it during the project work.
