Production will be in China.
Requirements:
Protection degree of at least IP65, target — IP67
Material: cast aluminum or impact-resistant plastic (ABS/PC, UL94-V0)
Sealing with a gasket around the perimeter, screw-on cover
Mounting on DIN rail or on the wall
Holes for specified connectors and cable entries (M12/M16/M20)
Heat dissipation capability (heat exchange plate or radiator)
Convenient maintenance: screw-on cover, possibility of sealing
Result: 3D model (STEP), drawings, specification of seals/screws, proposal for prototype (3D printing or CNC)

It is essential to have condensation protection, as we use industrial boards (operating range approximately from -30 to +80 C) and it is important that condensation does not form.
And we need first of all IP65 protection, it will be better if so.

What is needed upon completion:
3D model of the housing (STEP/IGES)
Drawings (PDF/DXF) with dimensions, tolerances, materials, wall thicknesses, and types of seals
Material specification (BoM) which materials are used (for example, ABS UL94-V0, aluminum, etc.)
Assembly description of the housing how the housing is assembled, where seals, screws, cable entries are installed, what tightening torques are required
Protection class for which the housing is designed (for example, IP65) confirmation of structural calculation (but not a test protocol)

Наче питання до мене: 20 днів - то з запасом на обговорення, вирішення і пояснення нюансів, без цього не обійтися...з досвіду.

Потім є змога робити це все з тим хто проєктує саму плату? Ну щоб визначитися де буде живлення, де другі інтерфейси.

Взагалі спочатку площу плати може визначити проектувальник плат на основі Е3 (схема електрична принципова). В подальшому плата проектується по результатам розташування внутрішніх компонентів/блочків (можливо і на саму плату), роз'ємів, проводів. Визначаються розміри, місця кріплення, розташування критичних елементів і т.п. Оформлюється ТЗ на плату, розробник плат попередньо розташовує елементи, узгоджується з констукцією, після цього передаються гербера на друковану плату і контрактну збірку плати з елементами.

В будь якому випадку повинен бути склад IoT-контролера, в тому числі що буде виходити зовні корпуса (роз'єми, клемніки, кнопки, індикація...).
