The user lands on the landing page, completes a quiz, and makes a purchase on the last step.
I suspect that after the recent updates, users started dropping off somewhere during the process leading to the purchase. This may not happen to everyone, but only in certain Geo locations or browsers.
What is needed
- Create test cases
- Go through the entire user journey from the first step to purchase from several different Geo locations and from multiple browsers, both mobile and desktop.
- It can be done manually or using no-code tools (bugbug?)
- Create a report showing where the process breaks down 🙂
