Process of organizing joint purchases of courses

 We will gradually set up the process of organizing joint purchases of courses in Telegram and Google, including gathering participants, payment, and distribution of materials. I will break the process down into several clear steps with detailed instructions. I am sure that you have a better vision and you will be able to add me. It is important for me in this project to ensure security and prevent any data and information from being shared by group participants with other contacts outside the group. 

1 Organizing chats and notifications

Creating a list of participants

•  a table in Google Sheets where data from the form or from the bot will be collected.
• The table  automatically updates as participants fill out the form.

3: Collecting payments through Telegram.

• Connect the bot to  the group or use it directly.

Setting up the account (payments from different countries):

• Set up parameters in the bot for receiving payments (amount, payment description).
• the ability to provide each participant with a payment link.

Tracking payments:

•  notify me  and the participant about receiving the money.
•  set up the bot to automatically update the payment status in Google Sheets 

Updating the table:

• After receiving payment, update the payment status in Google Sheets.

 4: Control and security

• Regularly update data as payments are received.

• Use Google Sheets with the "Yet Another Mail Merge" add-on to send email notifications.

5 Data protection

• only organizers have access to tables with payment information.
• In Telegram, use secure chats or bots with HTTPS support.
• Group participants should not have the ability to copy and share information with other group participants (about  current purchases, negotiations in chat, links to purchases, payment details, maximum impossibility of information transfer and leaks)

6 Distribution of materials after purchase

Access restriction:

• Set access to materials only for those who have paid for the course.

 Sending links through Telegram

Using a bot:

• a bot that can send the link only to those who have paid.
• A bot that automatically sends links after updating the payment status and collecting the full amount.

1. Setting up the API: integrate Google Sheets with Telegram via API for automatic data updates and sending notifications (for example, updating data in Google Sheets and sending notifications in Telegram).

This project should include all necessary steps to organize a safe and efficient process for joint purchases of courses through Telegram. This will help organize the group, collect payments, distribute materials, and if necessary, automate routine tasks.
