Out of the planned 100 outlines, only 8 were completed, which is less than 10% of the total workload. At the same time, we agreed on daily reports, but after January 8, communication virtually disappeared — for 11 days there were neither reports nor explanations.
I understand that force majeure can occur: power outages, illness, personal circumstances — all of this happens. However, the complete lack of communication for such a long time is unacceptable.
If the workload turned out to be too large or the deadlines unrealistic, it could always have been communicated in advance, asking for more time or declining the project to avoid putting the client in a difficult position.
That is why I find it necessary to leave this feedback — so that other clients understand the possible risks.
