Готовые CRM системы в своих красивых картинках не покажут тонкости и сути бизнеса, они предназначены для упращения работы с первичными документами отделов, не связанных с фискальной бухгалтерией, и в лучшем случае что может отразить в своих отчетах готовые CRM, так это просто CashFlow в разрезе отдельных банковских счетов.
