1-я задача
Подкорректировать json, что бы каждое предложение с новой строчки сделать как новый элемент массива

в json выглядеть должно так

2-я задача
Разобраться почему если отправлять данные из формы (которые подгружаются в неё динамически) нажав на кнопку - то приходит json с пустыми значениями(хотя инфа во всех полях есть), если вручную перезаполнить то все ок
Для специалиста на час делов максимум, по возможности объясню и покажу где что в коде и что за что отвечает
От вас навыки в JS и PHP
И Самое важное, все нужно сделать через anydesk или TW но лучше первое)
