About the project: An international premium boutique agency (High-End Matchmaking) for wealthy foreign clients (HNWI). We are looking for a proactive HR specialist for screening candidates and full client support. Work is strictly official — we sign a contract (NDA and Service Agreement) with all employees. CRITICALLY IMPORTANT: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) — all reporting, interfaces, and communication with male clients are conducted strictly in English. Responsibilities (Scope of Work): Candidate Screening (Zoom): 10–15 minute interviews with girls to check personality, level of English, and filter out mercenary motivations using a prepared script. Client Management (up to 1 year on the project): Be the main contact person for the client: answer his questions in chats, provide expert feedback on girls, coordinate his steps. Analytics and Feedback: Prepare brief professional reports for the client (who we recommend from the girls and why, who did not fit). Partner Control and Feedback Collection: Request feedback from B2B partners after dates. If delayed — carefully reach out directly to the girl. Database (Notion): Keep track of all calls and statuses of girls to maintain a history of interactions. Requirements: Experience in HR, recruiting, or Executive Search for at least 2 years (conducting interviews/screenings). High emotional intelligence, insight, ability to see hidden motives of people. Systematic, literate, ability to work with Notion/Google Sheets. Conditions: Format: Permanent position, but with part-time project work (you connect for each new client). Workload (per client): A total of about 40 hours of pure time for the entire year. The workload is unevenly distributed: in the first 1–2 months (active search phase) — 10–12 hours per month. After that (support and dating mode) — only 2–4 hours per month (chat responses, feedback collection). Payment: $300 – $450 for managing one client (payments are staged, tied to project milestones).

Candidate requirements: Ideal spoken Polish language (correct speech, absence of a pronounced accent — this is critically important for communication with Polish directors). Fluent Russian language (for communication and reporting). Self-confidence, drive, and understanding of the specifics of cold calling in B2B. Working and payment conditions: Fully remote format, calls during Polish office working hours. Payment for results: we pay a fixed bonus for each targeted lead provided (an interested employer ready to hire our people). No earning ceiling.
