Число роликов, умножить на 0,02 умножить на массу конструкции - получаете силу сопротивления. Результат умножить на 3 - коэффициент запаса - получаете силу гарантированного сдвига платформы при заклиненных нескольких роликах.
Для определения момента редуктора нужно знать систему привода. Сам редуктор считается по формуле 30 Р /( pi N), где Р - мощность мотора в ваттах, N - частота вращения вала редуктора в об/мин

Ця тема за останні пару років неодноразово з'являється на цьому ресурсі...Як я розумію, проблема так і не вирішена....На мій погляд , що давати рекомендації з розрахунків не варто, адже Замовник не надав дуже потрібної інформаціії ДЕ САМЕ буде встановлюватися цей виріб - на вулиці, чи у приміщенні... А питання про місце всиановлення приводу та його конструкцію вже задавали раніше...

Моё подробное описание методики расчета связано в данном случае с ценой. которую заказчик готов заплатить за эту работу. Такая стоимость не может рассматриваться уважающим свое время инженером как хотя бы немного адекватной для выполнения такого рода работы, потому и предложено выполнить ее заказчику самостоятельно.
