В документе только перечень параграфов в виде картинки, его можно спокойно перевести в текстовый формат без распечатывания и сканирования. Остальное форматируется.

Согласна со всеми. Но в чем суть редактирования? Документ на английском и это надо уточнять в проекте, чтобы зря не беспокоить тех, кто не владеет языком.

Документ на немецком. Смысл редактирования - возможность корректно вносить изменения. В данном файле куча лишних символов, которые мешают это делать.
