18 USD Application: it is necessary to create a userbot (masterClient) using GramJS (a library based on Telethon for working with the Telegram API) and run it on node.js. In production, it will be launched via pm2 on the server.
The userbot should be a member of a large channel (not an admin of the channel!) and constantly listen to incoming messages in the channel. If a person is mentioned in the message, it is necessary to initialize another userbot (slaveClient), extract the username/user_id of the mentioned person from the message, and send a message to them through the distributing userbot (slaveClient).
Flow:
1) Userbot (masterClient) is initialized.
2) Userbot (masterClient) receives an event from the channel.
3) Checks if a person was mentioned.
4) Creates a distributing userbot (slaveClient).
5) Sends a message to the mentioned person through the distributing userbot (slaveClient).
What we have: the userbot (masterClient) listens to updates and provides user_id for each person mentioned in the post, the distributing userbot (slaveClient) is initialized, however, an error occurs when sending a message: Could not find the input entity for { "userId" : "...", "className" : "PeerUser" }.
