Необходимо разместить модуль опроса на странице размещения заказа

Форма заказа это iframe google Forms.
Можно при таких условиях реализовать задание: Создать промежуточную форму в которую будет встроен Модуль опроса. На промежуточном этапе собирать нужную дату а потом отправлять на основную форму (которую я не хочу верстать что бы не затягивать с экспериментом)
То есть как все будет:
1. переход на Промежуточную форму (модуль опроса для Google Merchant)
2. и после заполнения информации в Промежуточной переходим на Основную.
Далее представлены параметры которые собирает Форма опроса Google Merchant. Из данных которые может указать юзер вижу только CUSTOMET_EMAIL. Остальное можно сгенерировать автоматически.
