ничего необычного, нет файла кеша, из - за чего опенарт не может его нормально удалить

так как забить.. .если она выскакивает постоянно....
притом что в админке отключено вывод ошибок и их логирование, но ошибка выскакивает и логируется)) или я не там отключаю?)

отключается вывод ошибок для покупателя, в таком случае если возникает ошибка она не выводится пользователю а попадает в специальный файл откуда потом и видна вам в админке

ну так она видна покупателю... в админке отключен вывод ошибок, но при путешествии по сайту ошибка выскакивает.... хоть с телефона хоть с компа выгдядит это как диалоговое окно: вот скрын
