    не знаю точно как с принтера и какие данные считывать, а все остальное не составляет никаких сложностей

    варианты решения:
    - клиент для считывания инфы, потом через сокеты или wcf сервисы передает серверу инфу, а тот сохраняет куда надо
    - клиент напрямую пишет в mysql на сервере
    - сервер сам опрашивает расшаренные принтеры (получается не масштабируемо и непонятно как реализовать)

    клиент может быть как windows service, так и десктопный клиент (по сути разницы для разработчика не много).

    … сумма - просто за меньшее смысла не вижу браться
