Main tasks:
Daily collection of new listings on Homegate.ch and ImmoScout24.ch across Switzerland (or by cantons), with filtering by profitable investment criteria:
location in regions with forecasted price increases (view of Lake Geneva, Swiss Alps, etc.);
price range significantly below the average market for the given location;
properties for renovation and land with growth potential.
Extraction of fields from each selected listing:
Listing ID
Full address + GPS coordinates (if available)
Property type (terrain, house, apartment, commercial, etc.)
Price (CHF)
Area (m²)
Link to main image
Publication date and last update date
Listing page URL
Export of results to DAILY CSV and/or JSON (with clear structure):
