Daily collection of new listings on Homegate.ch and ImmoScout24.ch across Switzerland (or by cantons), with filtering by profitable investment criteria:
location in regions with forecasted price increases (view of Lake Geneva, Swiss Alps, etc.);
price range significantly below the average market for the given location;
properties for renovation and land with growth potential.
