Тех требования:
база данных должна быть большая и это noSQL c использованием рест АПИ и языка JSON именно он должен гарантировать связь с смартфона на веб приложение.
Для голосования и оплаты нужен блокчейн. На проект 3 недели нужно сделать до ноября.
В течение первой недели необходимо разработать классный дизайн и геймификацию, иконки в меню, возможность закрывать меню, очки; уровни, подарки.
