Разработать CJM, дорожную карту пользователя для чатбота по работе с коучами оптимизации образа жизни.
У нас уже имеются некоторые наработки флоу чартов в Фигме. Нужно собрать наши идеи и грамотно их визуализировать с тем чтобы:
1.Наш программист мог разработать максимально грамотную структуру для чатбота.
2.Наши коучи увидели структуры и алгоритм работы в флоу чарте.
Это творческая задача она требует навыков системного мышления и опыта создания CJM, флоу чартов, дорожных карт пользователя.
