Budget: 250 EUR Deadline: 10 days
Hello, I am an automation system programmer. I have many years of experience in executing such projects. I have completed such projects on PLC+HMI.
Нужна разработка коробочного решения для удалённого мониторинга чиллера. В задачу входит подбор датчиков и IoT-шлюза, настройка передачи данных в облако ThingsBoard и создание базового дашборда. Есть подробное техническое задание, работа строго по нему.

Hello!
I have already created remote monitoring systems and can assemble a comprehensive solution for your project with a refrigeration unit.
I will select suitable sensors, configure the IoT gateway, and build a small cabinet to ensure everything is connected and protected. The gateway will continue recording even when the internet is down, and after the connection is restored, it will synchronize with the ThingsBoard cloud.
You will receive a dashboard with real-time graphs of pressure, temperature, current, and vibration, as well as event logs. If something goes wrong or values go out of range, you will immediately receive a notification via email or Telegram.
Upon completion, you will have a complete set of equipment ready to work, a connected ThingsBoard dashboard, and clear instructions for its use.
Thank you!

I have fully familiarized myself with the provided
Technical Specification (TS) "Option 1: Basic Chiller Monitoring" and am ready to immediately begin implementing the project.
The TS clearly defines the goal: to create a ready-to-operate
"box solution" for monitoring the chiller and transmitting data to the ThingsBoard cloud.
Key aspects of the TS that I am ready to execute:
1. Platform and Architecture
Monitoring platform: ThingsBoard Cloud will be used with the MQTT(S) data transmission protocol.
IoT gateway: Will provide local data buffering for at least 24 hours in case of connection loss and automatic re-upload. The gateway will support
Modbus RTU/TCP and MQTT(S), as well as have the capability to perform simple calculations and set thresholds.
Execution: The gateway will be industrial-grade, mounted on a DIN rail, powered by 24 V DC, and operating in a temperature range from −20 to +55°C.
2. Parameters and Equipment
I am ready to ensure the supply and connection of all required sensors:
Refrigeration circuit: Pressure sensors (0-30 bar and 0-10 bar) and temperature sensors (at the inlet/outlet of the evaporator and condenser, as well as compressor discharge). Pressure and vibration sensors with 4-20 mA or Modbus RTU output will be used, and temperature sensors will be Pt1000.
Compressor: Installation of current transformers for monitoring currents and voltages by phases. Monitoring
vibration and status (
start/stop, emergency) through dry contacts or registers.
Fans/Pumps: Monitoring operational status and alarm signals.
Delivery set: Includes IoT gateway with RS-485 and Ethernet (optional LTE), mini-automation cabinet (DIN rail, 24 V/220 V, protection circuit breakers) and all necessary cables and connectors.
3. Visualization and Notifications
Dashboard: Visualization will be set up in ThingsBoard with graphs of pressure, temperature, current, and vibration, as well as indicators of the latest values, trends, and an alarm log.
Notifications: Automatic notifications via Email/Telegram will be set up in case of emergencies or when parameters exceed specified limits. The client will be provided access to the web interface for notification settings.

Hello, Evgeny!
I have prepared a project solution based on your technical specifications: equipment selection, IoT gateway, integration with ThingsBoard Cloud, dashboard setup, notifications, and documentation.
I have compiled an archive with:
– technical plan,
– equipment example (BOM),
– Modbus register map template,
– JSON structures for MQTT and ThingsBoard,
– list of clarifying questions.
Link to the archive: Google Drive
Deadline: up to 12 days after equipment approval.
Доброго дня. ТЗ цікаве, по комплектуючим і про колам комунікації є варіанти в тому ціна на них може дуже варіюватись. Ви самі надаєте якусь перевагу якомусь способу підключення чи все на розсуд виконавця?
The goal of the project is to create two devices that will communicate with each other via cable (485). 1) The first device is a metal casing with connectors, it is a switching block with 16 relays + Ebyte-400M2213S which will check for the presence of a signal at specified frequencies. 2) This is a control panel on esp32 mcu2.8 smart display. Its purpose is to control the load and receive data from the switching block about the presence of a signal at specified frequencies. A specialist or specialists are needed who have experience in such work. Circuit design and programming. All technical resources will be provided. We discuss the project, possible changes, etc... and we work.
Development of a Flight Controller for Fixed-Wing UAVs An experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer is needed to develop a flight controller for fixed-wing UAVs. Tasks: develop the electrical schematic; design a multilayer PCB; select the component base; prepare Gerber, BOM, and Pick&Place for mass production. Main requirements: microcontroller STM32H743 or equivalent class; functionality similar to Matek H743-Wing V3 (without copying); compatibility with PX4 or ArduPilot; interfaces: CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, USB, PWM; support for connecting GPS, IMU, barometer, telemetry, and other peripherals; maximum use of components that meet NDAA requirements (without using Chinese components where possible). Mandatory when responding: describe your experience in developing Flight Controllers or other Embedded platforms; provide examples of completed projects; indicate which CAD systems you use (Altium, KiCad, etc.); specify estimated timelines and costs for completion. Preference will be given to contractors with experience in developing electronics for UAVs, robotics, or avionics.
There is a board with esp32, sim800l, mini 560pro 5v. It has two pulse inputs (coin, bill). 1. A 6-pin connector (mdb) needs to be made. 2. Integrate power into the board, it can be replaced with ti, Pololu D24V5F3 6-30V 3.3V / 1.5A, as a choice or integrate the existing module into the board. 3. Replace sim 800l with another module (the pins fit, but differ in places). Gerber files are available, there are no schematics, base jlpcb.
I have some logic in Google Excel related to the integration with the Nova Poshta API and the Turbosms API. Overall, everything works fine, but some functionality needs to be added. All details will be discussed in correspondence. I will provide access to the Excel and the code. It is essential for the performer to have experience working with Google Excel JS in Apps Script.
