18 USD It is necessary to develop a model of a plastic fastener for a wire frame.
The fastener will connect the elements of the wire frame made of 3mm diameter wire.
The finished product is a frame for a New Year's LED wreath. The frame should ultimately be completely disassemblable for self-assembly.
The frame consists of rings of 3mm diameter wire. There are large rings of outer diameters (Total 6 pieces - 4 identical + outer + inner) and small rings that create a volume of 5 pieces (identical).
It is necessary to develop a clip in which the rings will snap tightly and securely at the points of intersection (the intersection of small inner volume rings with the large frame rings). The clip should be inconspicuous, but at the same time provide sufficient strength of the connection.
The project is expected to have 2-3 iterations - development, printing a sample, testing the sample on a real frame, making changes to the layout, and repeating the cycle...
