Готов взяться значительно дешевле и не надежно: интересно разобраться с api shopify и тем, как для него делаются плагины, на upwork крайне популярный движок. Знаю ruby вполне хорошо, с различными api сталкивался, на rails делал множество магазинов, то есть задача в принципе осуществимая, но не могу много времени уделять и конкретно с shopify не знаком.
