Есть проект. Финансовая платформа.
Желательно сделать это на WP.
Коротко о проекте:
Финансовая платформа, где админ будет вбивать данные и получать их с API.
Пользователь самостоятельно сможет делать расчеты и смотреть результаты.
Язык - английский
ТЗ и макеты прикрепляю.
ТЗ можно условно поделить на 3 части:
1. Верстка
2. Бэк-энд
3. Фронт-энд и настройка.
Напишите цену по отдельности за каждый этап и за все вместе (и время тоже).

Предлагаю использовать любой фреймворк (обсуждение после полного анализа).
без верстки (если работать с фотошопом будет другой, разработка бэк-энда будет быстрее).
остальное бэк и фронт (400$) - реализация всех специфических функций.
Из-за особенности и специфичности сайта (финансовые расчеты и т.д.) не меньше месяца. Полное погружение в специфику проекта гарантирую..

Судя по ТЗ использовать WP значит ограничивать разработчика. Лучше взять фреймворк и работать спокойно.

Скажу так, перепиливать Wordpress, который предназначен совершенно для других задач, будет дороже, чем взять фреймворк подходящий к данной задаче
