Development and creation of a prototype of a mechanical device that converts rotational motion into linear motion.
Project tasks by stages:
1. Task analysis and conceptual development
- Joint discussion of the requirements for the device (loads, dimensions, accuracy, speed, etc.).
- Identification of technical limitations and operating conditions.
- Preparation of 1–3 concepts of the mechanism based on the technical specifications.
- Intermediate evaluation of concepts (advantages/disadvantages, implementation complexity, reliability, scalability).
2. Selection and detailing of the concept
- Clarification of the chosen concept (operating principle, layout, kinematics).
- Development of a 3D model (CAD)
3. Preparation of documentation for production
- Creation of technical documentation
- Preparation of 2D drawings
