Есть купленный шаблон http://yvette.elated-themes.com
Его нужно будет расширять, дополнять и настраивать под нужды проекта.
Стек технологий:
WordPress + Bedrock + GIT (см https://roots.io/)
Требования:
HTML5, CSS3 умение верстать адаптивно и кросбраузерно.
JavaScript: Уверенное знание ES5 (ES6 будет плюсом) знание библиотек lodash / jQuery или др.
Базовые знания PHP. Желателен опыт работы с WordPress
Базовые навыки работы с CLI, Git, npm (yarn)
