✅ Working CRM for employees:
- Integration of SIP telephony (MicroSIP), automatic call logging (WebRTC, Asterisk).
- Distribution of the number database among employees.
- Transfer of contacts between employees and objects.
- Upload of client database (Excel/CSV) with automatic duplicate checking.
✅ Admin CRM:
- Recording successful deals ("factories") considering the method of withdrawal, amount, and participants.
- Automatic salary calculation by formulas (considering % of withdrawal, number of participants).
- Accounting for delays, fines, and employee attendance.
- Ability to transfer data between different offices (without showing all information).
✅ Financial Statistics and Reports:
- Tables and graphs on income, expenses, employee efficiency.
- Automated CRM analytics: employee profitability, total income for the month/year.
- Weekly reports on factories, fines, and salaries.
