1️⃣ Webhook – receive shipment update
2️⃣ Data Store/DB – get current state by shipment_id
3️⃣ Function – merge data + calculate billable days & price
4️⃣ Upsert – save updated state and proposed price

Logic:

● Merge only incoming fields into the stored shipment state.
● Recalculate price every time data changes.
● $1200 per day minimum.
● +1 day if delivery after 13:00.
