Там у Вас сама учетная система на 1С есть? И нужно просто сделать возможность работы в ней с мобильного?
Или нужно и Центральную базу на 1С сделать для учета и приложение для мобильного?

1с - имеем. Учет разработан, надо для удобства работать в телефоне.

А на мобильном должна быть возможность работать автономно (с периодическими обменами)? Или только прямо в центральной базе 1С (при постоянном ИНет подключении)?
