Project Description:
We are a reproductive medicine clinic that attracts users through advertising campaigns. For analyzing the effectiveness of the advertising, it is important that UTM tags from the first page (https://ivmed.ua/), where the user lands, are retained throughout the entire session and transmitted across all pages of the site.
Problem:
Currently, UTM tags "get lost" when the user navigates from the landing page to other pages of the site. We need a technical solution that will ensure the transfer of UTM tags across all pages of the site within a single session.
Task:
- Develop a technical solution that allows UTM tags to remain with the user during their navigation between the pages of the site.
- The site consists of several pages (not just landing pages).
- The implementation should be at the code level of the site (this is NOT solved in Google Analytics or Tag Manager).
- Consultation for the programmer:
- Explain in detail to our programmer how to implement this solution.
- Justify the approach used.
- Write a clear technical instruction:
- How to implement the proposed solution on the site.
- How to configure and test the correctness of the operation.
Requirements for the specialist:

1) Store in sessionStorage and retrieve them from there when needed.
2) Modify the links on the page by appending UTM tags at the end of the link.

Є декілька варіантів, як можна зберігати та використовувати UTM-мітки при переході користувача по сторінках сайту:
1) Зберігати в sessionStorage і, коли вони потрібні, отримувати їх звідти.
2) Змінювати лінки на сторінці, підставляючи UTM-мітки в кінці лінка.

I don't see any problems here; when accessing with a UTM tag, take and save it, and then it can be used with either a GET or POST request if the code is written correctly.
Не вижу здесь проблем, при заходе с UTM меткой, взять и сохранить ее, и потом ее можно будет использовать как с GET или POST запроса если написать код правильно
