The primary responsibility will be sourcing and identifying candidates based on specific criteria that will be shared after initial contact. This is an ongoing role, not a one-time project, so consistency and dependability are essential.
Responsibilities

- Provide concise profile summaries for each candidate
- Maintain a consistent and organized pipeline of potential candidates
Requirements
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment
- Strong research and outreach skills
- High level of organization and communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
