Recruiter / Virtual Assistant Needed for Ongoing Candidate Sourcing (Long-Term)

I am seeking a reliable and experienced recruiter or virtual assistant for a long-term collaboration. The primary responsibility will be sourcing and identifying candidates based on specific criteria that will be shared after initial contact. This is an ongoing role, not a one-time project, so consistency and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates based on provided requirements
• Conduct initial screening to ensure candidates meet criteria
• Provide concise profile summaries for each candidate
• Maintain a consistent and organized pipeline of potential candidates

Requirements

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment
• Strong research and outreach skills
• High level of organization and communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
