Advertising creative for an accounting office

We are looking for a creative specialist who can create a bright, professional advertising creative (static banner or video) for launching ads on social media (Facebook, Instagram, possibly TikTok/LinkedIn).

The goal of the creative is to generate leads (potential clients) for an accounting bureau. The task is to engage the target audience, build trust in our service, and encourage them to leave an application or visit our website/landing page.

What is required from the specialist:

• Create 2-3 creatives of different formats (for testing).

• Develop the visual idea + text for the creative.

• Adapt to social media formats.
  
  Our target audience:
  Our services are aimed at active representatives of the business environment who need a reliable partner in accounting support. This includes:  business owners — both those just starting out and those who have been operating for several years and wish to delegate accounting to professionals, company executives and top managers who make decisions about outsourcing financial and accounting functions, startuppers — young entrepreneurs who need simple and clear solutions in financial accounting at the start, private entrepreneurs  who want to avoid fines, mistakes in reporting, and have "clean" accounting, freelancers and self-employed individuals who have regular income and need consultations or accounting services.
  Age category: 25–45 years, active social media users (especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  Values: value time, efficiency, service, are willing to pay for quality, want to be confident in the legality and reliability of accounting.
  
  Criteria for evaluating successful results:
  
  🔸 Non-standard approach. We are not looking for a typical banner with “clients in suits,” calculators, or piles of folders. The creative must stand out from banal accounting advertising, be modern, stylish, possibly even with hints of boldness, humor, or provocation (within the ethics and our brand).
  🔸 Visual "hook." The creative must grab attention from the very first seconds (in the case of video — the first 3 seconds, in the case of a banner — at first glance in the feed).
  🔸 Clear and attractive message. A person should immediately understand: what we offer, for whom it is, and why they should click.
  🔸 Adaptation for advertising. Creatives must be optimized for advertising formats on social media (Facebook, Instagram, possibly LinkedIn). It is important that it looks “native” — not like a banner from 2005.
  🔸 Test results. We will test several options. A good creative will show high click-through rate (CTR), engagement, and low cost per lead (CPL).
