Payment format:
Since I take active responsibility for searching, selecting, adapting, and communicating with candidates, I propose the following payment model:
Fixed service fee: 15,000 UAH
Payment in stages:
50% before starting work (guarantee of your intention)
50% after delivering the final candidate who begins working with you
Guarantee:
If the candidate drops out within 14 days — I will provide a free replacement
My task is not just to find someone, but to select someone who will genuinely withstand the format and bring the project to the result stage
