We are a developer with a 5-luxury villa complex located in the heart of Kuta Lombok, within a wellness resort just 10 minutes from the beach. Our villas offer the ultimate in luxury living, catering to discerning buyers seeking a serene and exclusive lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential buyers worldwide for our luxury villas in Kuta Lombok.
- Sales Presentations: Organize in-person viewings of the villas (our Lombok team will show the villas), leading buyers to property viewings.
- Coordination: Work with our on-site team in Kuta Lombok who will handle the rest of the sales process, allowing you to work remotely and bring buyers from any country.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or high-end properties. Existing network of real estate buyers and investors is required.
- Remote Work: This is a remote position, so self-motivation and the ability to work independently are essential.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based Role: This position is strictly commission-based, offering a minimum of $6,000 USD per successful sale, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
