одно не сложное помещение, условно небольшая спальня делается дня два. берем пятичасовой рабочий день (больше не имеет смысла, теряется продуктивность, мозг устает). т.е. нужно +-10 часа на помещение.
далее, смотрим: Минимальная зарплата в США на федеральном уровне составляет $7,25 в час.
т.е. вы хотите сказать, что работа посудомойщика Хулио из солнечной Мексики стоит дороже, чем 3д визуализатора из Украины?

Я вам больше расскажу: стоимость услуг 3д визуализатора в США начинается от 30$\час (хотя я никогда не понимал почасовой оплаты, по сути если ты быстро работаешь получаешь меньше)))? и примерно 10-14 часов это норма для одного помещения. Даже если вы посредник и ведете этот проект нужно быть скромнее и не считать фрилансеров в Украине дешёвой раб.силой.

я прекрасно понимаю, что платить фрилансеру из Украины так же, как платят работнику в офисе в США - никто не будет. но работать за плошку риса - это уж простите. средняя зп в сан-фран на 2019год - $6,5тыс/мес, после вычета налогов. это 40$/час. дизайн интерьера - это предмет роскоши, т.е за него платят явно больше этой суммы. на сайте заказчичы указано, что она работает от 500$ и до ляма. т.е. 500 - это чисто консультация.
очень обидно, что свалив из Украины уважаемая заказчица считает своих соотечественников дешевой рабочей силой, готовой работать за 25$

Заниженным бюджетом тут никого не удивишь.
Меня больше возмущает - тестовое задание, если кому-то нужно "тестовое задание" для начала работы с дизайнером/визуализатором и не достаточно просмотра портфолио, то это проблемы только заказчика а не исполнителя. От того, что задание тестовое и заказчик (по идее) нигде его не использует в коммерческих целях - исполнитель не потратит на него меньше времени и усилий. А "решать задачки", что-бы добраться до реального заказа, ну .. как минимум, странно. Так что реальный ваш заказ или тестовый, никак не влияет на бюджет.
