nqinx не понимает .htaccess, если у вас он есть в корне и если там прописаны роуты, они работать не будут. Решение или ставить конфигурацию nginx+apach на сервере, или править битрикс

Если бы неправильно был прописан рут, не открывалась бы ни одна страница... А так проблемы либо с каталогом, либо чисто с главной
