📍 Project:

We are creating a large SEO section for the website of the company BTI №1 — an expert organization that assists with the registration of real estate documents. In total — 88 services in Russian and 88 in Ukrainian.

We are looking for experienced copywriters/rewriters who work manually, without using AI/ChatGPT/Neuro/Rewriting tricks. This is a strict requirement: all texts will be checked for uniqueness and AI detector compliance.

🎯 Goal:

Obtain a deeper, unique, and higher quality text than the competitor.
The text should:

• cover all basic and LSI queries of the user regarding the service;

• look like written by a real expert, not a system;

• be readable, logical, and structured;

• pass AI detectors (for example: GPTZero, Copyleaks);

• have 100% uniqueness (check via Text.ru / Content Watch / Advego).

🧩 Volume and structure:

• 🔠 Total volume: 1200–1600 words (≈8000–11000 characters without spaces)

• 📌 H1 title: 1 (main keyword phrase in the title)

• 📍 Number of H2 blocks: from 5 to 8

• 📑 Each H2 block: 180–220 words

• 📋 In H2 blocks — 1–2 lists (numbered or bulleted), examples, live explanations where needed

• 🔚 Last block (CTA): brief summary + call to action (≈120–160 words)

🧠 Style and quality requirements:

• No AI, no templates, no clichés

• Style:
  → as a professional consultant explains to a client, accessible, specific, to the point
  → without officiousness, with lively logic and examples

• Addressing the reader: 2–3 times in the text (for example, "if you plan...", "in this case, you should...")

• Sentences:
  → variation of short and long sentences
  → logical transitions ("for example", "in case of", "therefore")

• Vocabulary:
  → avoid repetitions
  → use professional but understandable vocabulary
