The day after tomorrow (conditionally) for other reasons, you will need to move from Windows to Linux and you will have a rewriting task again.
I suggest you forget about Windows-specific technologies with limited capabilities and rewrite everything in conditional JavaScript/TypeScript, running on nodejs/bun. And so that you don't play with the runtime, pack it all into 1 executable (exe/program).
