Большой опыт работы с крупными проектами на Laravel.
Исходя из ТЗ и дизайна стоимость проекта будет в пределах 2000-3000$, точную сумму можно будет получить в данном диапазоне исходя из трактовки некоторых неоднозначных пунктов, которые можно как упростить, так и наоборот сделать более продвинутыми.
