Зазвичай те що ви перерахували робить 3-4 різні людини. Дууууже мало дженералістів як якісно роблять все (моделювання, рігінг, анімацію).
Тому вам варто було б розбити цю роботу на кілька етапів. Зокрема, для початку знайти того хто зробить якісну модель персонажа — не важливо наскільки він буде простий, все одно модель робитиметься не один день, пройде кілька етапів узгодження з вами. А вже потім шукати того хто зробить рігінг (тут варто знати наперед хто буде робити анімацію і в якій програмі), і можливо анімацію. -
Не згоден! Мені зручніше працювати з моделькою яку я зробив сам ніж фіксити баги якоїсь моделі. А вони є завжди, тому що в більшості випадків модельки роблять люди котрі не розуміються на анімації!
